    2. A wonderful book that gives the back story of how Alana got started in national service and what he has helped do for the Boston community I felt that it was a bit heavy on his history, but the entire book was a great read It really gets you motivated to do something I would highly recommend this book.

    3. It was very interesting to read about the creation of the successful nonprofit City Year and see how Khazei transformed his passion for public service into a national movement The second half of the book was less engaging because it focused on theories about social change rather than concrete actions.

    4. For subject matter and content, I d give this five stars but Khazei writes like he talks so the delivery is a little over exuberant for my taste Good man doing good work.
