    1. I read this book three times I think it is one of the best novels in Ukrainian literature The story about an innocent man who was oppressed by the soviet regime and sent straight to a forced labour camp in Siberia for long 25 years He managed to escape from a train packed with other political prisoners going North The protagonist survived the freezing conditions of Siberian winter and made his way to find hope and love in a cold region.

    2. I don t really know if there is an english translation of this book, but if there is, this book is an amazing piece of literature It teaches the reader to be confident and that you always have a choice, it helps to understand what is happening in someones head when there is loneliness, hope, fear It also shows life in times of hunger, cold, and war. This book teached me that there is always hope no matter how hard the times are.In my opinion Ivan Bagrianiy wrote an unforgetable roman.Every perso [...]
